Thank you for taking interest in this site, I would really love to hear from you.

Of course it would make me very happy if you left a comment on any of the pages or recipes, and if you leave a question I’ll try to respond right away!

But sometimes that won’t do.  In that case, please email:

  1. Love your website and I wish I found about it sooner. I’ve been always cooking for one in Paris, but I’ve been reheating and not exactly cooking. I don’t really like online recipes because it’s usually for 4-6 people. I love how you divided up the recipes like 20 min or less, soups, etc. Keep up the good work!

  2. Hey Ashley! I LOVE your site! I’m in Atlanta BUT your recipes have translated worldwide! I hope to move to Paris in the next year or so, so I’m excited that I will already know somethings to cook! Keep up the good work! = )

  3. Ashley, I love your website! I heard about it from my mom who apparently knows your mom back in Boston. I was studying this summer in Paris, mainly bc I love to cook and all things food-related. Anyhow, I visited some of your top places and even tried some of your recipes… they are awesome! Any tips on how to get into the food business? I have one year of college left and am trying to set myself up for a food job on the west coast. Your experience with Piere Herme, ATK, and Cooks Illustrated is inspiring!

  4. Hi Ashley,
I moved to Paris one week ago. I just found your site today in preparation for making a grocery store trip, and also for inspiration for a blog that I’m attempting to create. It looks great! Glad to see someone has posted some yummy looking one-person recipes. :)

    • Hi Sarah,
Thanks so much for sharing my recipe! Your website is fantastic and there is indeed a lot that I would like to ask you. I’m in the middle of moving to NYC, but I can’t wait to get back in touch with you in the next few days. Congrats on your fantastic site which seems to reach out to a lot of people. Thanks again for all the readers you’ve brought my way!

  5. Looks good! As a senior, living alone ,always looking for meals without leftovers. We wind up with little stashes of aging food so quickly . Love Judith Jones “Cooking for One but want to avoid “seconds”as she calls them..Living in Az.means food prep in the AM. And chilled foods for an afternoon. Your explanation and arrangement of ingredients is so helpful.. We have sush an abundance here of everything.using lots of healthy grains, such as ferro. Very versatile.. PK.
